Therapy
It's so important to find a good fit in your therapist. I offer initial consultations so you can determine if we might be a good match.
I offer telehealth therapy and counseling for individuals, teens, families and couples. I am currently contracted with Central California Alliance for Health, Medi-Cal, Beacon, and Victim Witness. I am an out-of-network provider for any PPO insurance and will provide you with a super bill that you can submit for reimbursement. If you do not wish to use insurance, I charge $180 for individual sessions, $200 for couples. I do offer sliding scale rates.
Sober coaching
This is a service I offer to people who are new in recovery, and need extra support. I can help link you with a recovery plan and meetings that are right for you. This is ideal for someone who has just completed residential treatment and would like help transitioning into their new life. I do not accept insurance for coaching.
Interventions
If someone you love has been struggling with alcoholism or addiction, and has not been willing or able to accept help, an intervention may be what is needed. I have been facilitating interventions since 2011. Please contact me for details and pricing.
